Shipping & Delivery

FireOnline Product Shipping

FREE SHIPPING TO SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, BRISBANE. For all orders, any number of products, any size, we will deliver your orders to all metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane for FREE. This is for all orders large or small with any size and any number of products. Your delivery address must be a physical address. Sorry, we are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address. We aim to deliver packages of all sizes. However if you are residing somewhere outside these capital cities, we may not be able to make the delivery for FREE. Please request a freight quote for areas outside of these main Cities.

Acceptance of Delivery

Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by FireOnline to be authorised to receive the products. Unfortunately FireOnline and its couriers are only able to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend you select an address where a nominated person will be present during delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. For other couriers you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by FireOnline if re-delivery is required.

Delivery Costs to Rural Australia

Unfortunately, fire extinguishers can not be delivered via Australia Post, which means that we have to use couriers for all of our deliveries. In order for us to bring you the lowest delivery costs possible, we need to ascertain delivery costs for each rural delivery. We generally accomplish this by determining the closest depot to your address and then using the cheapest courier service in that location. Just let us know your delivery address along with the products you want to purchase and we’ll get back to you within the next 24 hours with a delivery price.
